The curriculum is the same eight steps the host runs live. Each one is written for someone opening the tool for the first time.

1. Step 1: Decide who you would sell to. Before any tool, write one sentence on paper or in a notes app: the kind of business, the area it serves, and one question its customers keep asking that a short video could answer. This is human work, and every later step depends on it.

The host shows where the search is typed and how to read the results. Then open each business’s own website yourself and remove any that are not a real fit.
6. Step 6: Write and send email with Smartlead. Create a Smartlead account and connect an email inbox you own, following Smartlead’s on-screen setup. Write one short first email and one follow-up, add your postal address and a line saying how to opt out, import only the prospects you checked by hand, and start with a small number of sends.
7. Step 7: Let interested people book with Calendly. Create a Calendly account, connect the calendar you already use, and set the hours you are free. Calendly gives you a booking link. When someone replies with interest, answer them personally and include that link.
8. Step 8: Run the meeting and do the work. Run each meeting yourself. If a business wants videos, agree the scope and the price in writing, make the videos in your own VideoFunker account, send them for the client’s approval, and tell the client and their viewers that the presenter is AI.

Which rules apply to cold email and AI presenter video?

The FTC CAN-SPAM compliance guide says the law makes no exception for business-to-business email, and every message must include a valid physical postal address and honour opt-outs. The FTC also says AI avatar testimonials are prohibited if the underlying testimonials are fake or false. Attendees are responsible for their own compliance.
